We are happily blown away with the service Ken provided! After making initial contact with Ken, I knew he was the right inspector for the job. Ken was courteous, professional, and prompt. He was very welcoming of us attending the inspection. Ken explained the operating systems in the home, issues he could see, and wrote up a very detailed report.
We received the report quickly, which allowed us to move forward with the next steps in the home buying process, something that must move swiftly in a competitive real estate market. Ken inspected our new home and I was so happy we picked him to be our home inspector. I was impressed with his professionalism from the first email to the time we got our inspection report. He scheduled the inspection quickly to fit our closing schedule. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of his inspection. He not only looked at all the important parts of our new home, but he taught us many things about the home including- how to shut off the natural gas, water, etc. in the event of a problem. As a Mom, I was thankful for the few times he pointed out safety issues that could affect my children. The inspection report was truly impressive. It was easy to read and understand. Because of Ken, my husband and I felt confident about our purchase and we’re knowledgeable about any potential problems we would need to address with the sellers.
