During the height of the pandemic we instituted protocols that were in keeping with the CDC and State of Wisconsin recommendations. Now that affective vaccines have been produced we have, thankfully, been able to lessen the restrictions for inspections. I am fully vaccinated and up to date on all current boosters. I only ask if you are not fully vaccinated that you please wear a mask and observe social distancing while we review the results of your inspection.
When we speak on the phone you will be given a time to arrive at the inspection. In the past I encouraged my clients to walk with me during the inspection. During the height of the pandemic I was conducting the inspections alone and found my clients received a much better product. A complete review of my findings will be presented and we will walk through the property to provide the opportunity to ask questions and see any noted issues first hand. My goal is to provide a thorough inspection and, more importantly, that my clients understand the findings of the inspection.
