I have spent my life in professions where integrity and responsibility were requirements necessary during my daily duties and interactions.  As a retired US Army Non Commissioned Officer and a retired Police Officer, these values were ingrained to my core.  It is these very values that will compel me to conduct your home inspection to the highest standard.

I am professionally trained by the American Home Inspection Training academy (AHIT).  I use the HomeGuage reporting software to report the results of the inspection.  This program will ensure you receive a report that is not only easy to read, but also provides details of my findings accompanied by photos.

I have also been trained to test for the presence of radon by Environmental Consultants and Affiliates LLC (ECAN).  This test can protect you and your family from the effects of high radon concentration in your home.
